Nursery

The FLCS Nursery is committed to providing a safe, nurturing Christian environment for young children. The nursery is available for 8:45 and 11:15 worship services at Fairlawn Lutheran Church and School.   Child Care is also provided for our 10:00am Study Hour.

Parents of visiting children can register when you visit the Nursery located in the fellowship hall on the second floor. We suggest arriving at least 15 minutes before the service begins.  At this time our paid child care worker will collect your forms, assign you a pager and a number, that you can take anywhere in our building. Our child care workers are trained and certified to care for children, and will provide a wonderful experience for you and your child while you worship with us.

Our check-in system works as follows:

   Identify yourself as a visitor.

The staff preson on duty will then verify registration, or
will ask you to fill out our registration forms and paper work.

The staff person on duty will then fill out labels for you and your students.
These labels ensured that each child is properly released to his or her parent/guardian.

The first label will be placed on the child’s clothing.
The second label will be given to the parent or guardian. You MUST present this identification label to the Nursery staff person in the nursery when you come to pick-up your child at the end of the service. Children will not be released without an identification label.
